SHIPPING and RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING CARRIER: USPS
SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESS: For your own safety, the shipping and the billing address must match. Which means your shipping address must be the same address your credit card/debit card company has on file and sends your statements to.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: For your protection, we now require that all orders be shipped with Signature Confirmation. Because regular USPS ground service provides no guarantees. Fashion Designz's will not be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders that do not have Signature Confirmation using USPS Priority option. Orders being sent internationally are mailed through the USPS Global Express mail or USPS Priority International Mail.
Please note some international orders get stuck in customs for a longer period of time, which may delay deliver time. We have no control of your order once it leaves US territory. We don't have responsibility for the package get lose in the other country. International buyer takes responsibility pay for the Custom Duty. We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. All international orders are subject to be cancelled if order looks bogus (fraudulent).
CUSTOM LOGO PRINTING
ALL ORDERS FINAL AS PLACED once confirmed by the customer, either through in writing or by electronic transmission, all orders as submitted and processed via the web site, email, phone, fax or mail are final.
We strongly recommend that you if you do not want Signature Confirmation for Orders that this must be in writing either noted in the Coments on Checkout page, or faxed or emailed to us Fax # 484-805-7676 Email is admin@fashiondesignz.com.
Once confirmed, any errors, inaccuracies or omissions made during the placement and/or production of an order shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Custom products are unfortunately non-returnable
Standard production times about two weeks.
Once confirmed and produced, all invoices for product and services will be charged and billed to the customer regardless of circumstance. We will refund to you in the same amount as you paid if a production error is made and acknowledged by us.
RETURN POLICY

1. Returns OR Exchanges must occur within 14 days from receipt of your order. ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE CUSTOMER.
2. Enclose a copy of your packing list with a clear note telling us what you would like us to do, and we will process your request within 15 business days.
3. Return or exchange items must be unwashed, unworn, in original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Returns will assessed a 25% restocking charge unless you request a color or size exchange.
5. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on customized, screen printing and embroidered items.
6. Shipping or handling charges on the original order, return items or replacement merchandise are non-refundable.
7. If you have been shipped an item in error, you must contact our office by Email or phon to receive proper handling instructions.
8. Any shipping & handling fee for unauthorized return are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to your credit card or PayPal on file as incurred.
9. If you refuse the shipment or have moved without providing the proper address, you will be refunded less a $ 20.00 refusal fee.
10. If you have provided a wrong shipping address and request forwarding assistance, you will be charged a $ 10.00 handling fee and all forwarding charges as incurred.
